You can rent facilities at 115 E. 3rd Street. We are located between Runnels and Main on the North side of the street. There's a City of Big Spring logo that says Community Services on the front window.Facilities

Rentals are done in calendar days only from 12:01 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Midnight). Any use before or after these times constitutes the necessity to rent the additional day. The only exception to this rule is on weekdays when partial rentals are allowed from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Midnight) for the Lakeroom and Fireplace Room that are used daily for the Senior Citizens Center.Dora Roberts Community Center

The Aquatics Center is open seasonally every year from the Saturday following Memorial Day to the first Saturday of August. It’s open from 12pm-8pm Tuesdays through Saturdays and 1pm-8pm on Sundays. The Aquatics Center is closed for cleaning and private rentals on Mondays.

Entry is $5 per person 3 years or older. Children ages 2 and under swim free but swim diapers are MANDATORY at all times.

The Aquatics Center has two slides. To ride the tube slide, riders must be 48’’ or taller. To ride the run-up slide, riders must be 52’’ or taller.

Yes, flotation tubes are provided at the park in single and dual rider versions. Outside flotation devices are not permitted unless it is a life jacket or a tube for a small child.
